We had a super fun weekend!!!! Pumpkin carving was the order of business on Friday night. We picked pumpkins from the pumpkin patch 2 weeks ago, but waited until Friday night to carve them. Mom and dad were kind enough to host the crew for dinner and carving!!!

This was Kristie's first time pumpkin carving! I think she enjoyed it!!!

Autumn was not one bit afraid to roll up her
sleeves and start gutting the pumpkin . . .despite the fact her pumpkin guts were 20 shades darker than everyone
elses!!!
Haylee on the other had does not like all the stringy guts!!

Matt, Kristie,
Haylee and Autumn all carved pumpkins. Jody and I helped the girls as they needed it!

Here is Matt's cute
pumpkin head!!!
I printed off templates for us to use for carving! Once they were all carved we put candles in them for pictures! I think they turned out so cute!

Matt's is the first little
pumpkin, winking! Autumn did the cross and fish.
Kristie's is the cute little face and
Haylee's is the last one!
Afterwards Matt read us the Parable of the Pumpkin Patch!
And the girls snuggled!!
Saturday the girls helped clean the church and went to the corn maze!
Sunday we had family pictures at Wheeler Farm . . .I can't wait to get them back!!!
We are taking the girls to the Harvest Party at the church on Saturday night. Autumn will be dressed as a lady bug and Haylee will be a butterfly!!! Can't wait to share the pictures!
Serving Him,
Jess
