We had a fun New Years with my family. I did not take pictures, but lots of food and laughs were had by all! On New Years Day we all went to see the newest Narnia movie! I LOVED it!!!! I have never seen a movie twice in the theater, but ever I would, it would be for this movie! Not only was the movie entertaining, but props to Disney for staying true to Lewis's desire to include Christian symbolism's! You haven't seen it . . .go, it is a fabulous movie!
On New Years Eve, I took Haylee out on our 3rd SKG Date of this series. This chapter was about Mean Girls, how to deal with them and not become one. The task today took us to a busy mall, where Haylee had 30 minutes to by 3 items, from 3 different stores with $20. The purpose was to get her blood pumping and show her what it is like to feel rushed and frazzled. After she had made her purchases, we sat down in the food court and talked about the experience. I pointed out a few times that she was less than courteous. Feeling rushed, she forgot to thank the cashier or quickly rushed by people almost knocking them over. Haylee was so focused on the task, she didn't even realize how she was treating people. We talked about bullies and also how she treats her friends! It was a fun date!!!

Haylee ended buying 2 hair bows and a pair of socks! We had an Orange Julius while we talked!
I am really excited for our next two dates! I will also be starting the first series with Autumn in a couple weeks! Autumn keeps telling me she is super excited!
