Giving Thanks . . .

This year was by far one of the best Thanksgivings EV-ER!!! We always go to my mom's house and have people over, but this year was the biggest group of people and the best time! I loved sitting back watching everyone! The rooms was so loud with so many conversations going on all at once, kids running around, grandma putting olives on Torson's fingers. I sat back and took a snapshot of the moment - you just never know when it will be the last time you take in such a memory!

Haylee took some pictures for me . . .
In the man cave, Uncle Mike, Lance, Colton, Travis, Jody and Matt enjoy Thanksgiving Day football!!

Aunt Misty, Torson and Grandpa!

Ashton and Matt play with Matt's old toys!!

Tiff, Katie, Aunt Keri and 2 week old Jameson!

The day was wonderful!

After everyone left and clean up was done, I dragged mom and Kristie with me to Michael's and Kohl's for some good deal shopping! It was cold outside, but it was fun to go. Kohl's didn't open until midnight, so we were exhausted by the time we got home, after 2am!!!

Now, we are full swing in to the Christmas Season and I have some fun new things planned this year. Most notable is RACK (25 days of Random Acts of Christmas Kindness). The girls have no clue we are doing this! They have both been at their mom's houses while I have been doing final preparations. I can't wait until they come home on Friday so I can tell them about it and we can begin :o). Here is a picture of what I made for RACK. Each bag is opened a day at a time and inside is a card with instructions on what random act of kindness we will do that day! The girls love doing stuff like this, so I suspect they will be as excited as I am to do this each day!!!

I will be sure to report as we go through these activities!

Serving Him,
Jess
