when we have no kids for two days!!! We got the schedules worked around finally to where the alternating weekends are the same for both girls. So this weekend was our first with no kids in I don't know how long! On one hand the quiet is nice, relaxing and peaceful . . .on the other, it is boring, lonely and uneventful. Don't get me wrong, Jody and I had a nice weekend, but I do miss the kiddos when they are gone. I went to a Bible study Saturday morning and we did a little shopping. Sunday we held an open house, where we had 5 parties stop by, but no promise of a buyer. Jody wanted me to take pictures of us at the open house, but I didn't think it was exciting enough for pictures.
Autumn came home around 7 last night and we had a good talk about her weekend. We played a couple games, read and then it was off to bed. This weekend should be more exciting as we will have both girls. We have a baby shower and wedding on Saturday. Unfortunately, because of Haylee's grounding, she will not be going with us and will be spending time at my parents house instead of attending the events.
That is all the excitement I have for today!
